当代文学经典化,是个争论不休的焦点话题。早在2008年,吴义勤教授就旗帜鲜明地提出,无论从汉语的成熟程度和文学性的实现程度,还是从当代作家的创造力来看,当代文学的成就都超过了现代文学。他鼓励学者要有树立当代经典的勇气与信心,努力破除经典“神圣化”光环,反思经典“自动呈现”的误区譹。其实,这一话题背后还隐含着诸多文学史权力关系的探讨,诸如,现代文学和当代文学的关系如何定位?
The contemporary literature is a classic topic of debate. As early as 2008, Professor Wuyi Qin put forward the clear-cut stand in terms of the degree of maturity of Chinese and degree of realization of literary, or the creativity of contemporary writers, the achievements of contemporary literature surpass those of modern literature. He encouraged scholars to have the courage and confidence to establish contemporary classics, to break through the classic “sanctification” aura, and to reflect on the errors of the classic “auto-presentation”. In fact, behind this topic also implies a lot of discussions about the power relations of literary history, such as how to define the relationship between modern literature and contemporary literature?
