浙江丰利粉碎设备有限公司和北京农业工程大学、福州大学联合研制开发成功的新一代微粉设备,在被评为国家重点新产品的基础上,又被列为国家火炬项目。此机的诞生,攻克了常温下有机物料超细粉碎的难题,标志着我国粉碎工业取得了突破性进展。长期以来,我国绝大多数企业沿用球磨机、雷蒙机、冲击磨等六十年代的机型,也有利用锤式或爪式粉碎机换用小筛孔来生产,不但能耗高,而且生产率低。而靠用外汇引进价格昂贵的国外先进粉碎设备,投资大,且满足不了生产的需要。在我国目前能源十分紧张的情况下,为了扩大资源的利用率,增加产品附加值,开发新型高效微粉生产设备,已势在必行。
