对员工的绩效考核是激励体系中非常重要的一个环节。本文提出了充分考虑知识员工绩效考评主体作用的知识团队激励性绩效评价机制及指标体系,这一体系充分考虑对知识员工的需求进行满足,以达到持续提高知识员工满意度的目的。
The performance appraisal of employees is a very important link in the incentive system. This paper presents a mechanism and index system to evaluate incentive performance of knowledge team, which fully considers the role of knowledge worker performance appraisal. This system fully considers the needs of knowledge workers to meet the purpose of continuously improving the satisfaction of knowledge workers.
