北京房地产开发是否已经过了“拿速度挣钱”的年代?几年前,挖一个坑就能卖两个亿,至今还是许多开发商追求的境界。购房者期待的现房销售还远没有到来。但是,2005年,这一切似乎正在悄然改变。在北京CBD东部一个面积为520亩的地块上,一个面积近60万平方米的全成品现房楼盘正在酝酿中。到今年6月,这个全现房、精装修的社区即将整体亮相京城,据悉这个时间距离项目开工建设,已过去了近四年。
