By the end of 2000, China’s motorcycle directory enterprises had been expanded to 136, 216 of which the country had mastered, and there were no less than 200 that were not mastered. There are many factories, and the concentration of production and sales is low. The market share of the Top 10 production and sales companies has declined year by year, as shown in Table 1. As can be seen from Table 1, the market share of the top ten sales in the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period has declined year after year. The market share of the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” year-on-year decline was 29.35%. The major competition has not been eliminated and the market share concentration has declined. In 2000, the market share of the top 10 was more
