近年来,国外在铲土运输机械整机动力学的试验研究方面发展很快。特别是随着测试技术的迅速发展,整机动力学试验的仪器设备也日趋完备和多样化,测试结果更为准确可靠。为了使机器设计更加合理、先进,在机器对应的实际使用工况下来考核其动力性能是十分重要的。为此,必须在买际使用工况下测定发动机实际的功率消耗,主离合器工作的稳定性和打滑情况,传动系的动载荷(例如传动轴的弯曲振动以及工作阻力等等)。
