油品蒸发损耗问题是国内外石油储运及环保行业十分重要的研究课题。蒸发油气回收处理技术作为一种有效的降耗措施,是目前研究的主要方向。探讨了国内开发油气吸附回收技术的可行性,介绍了吸附剂的选取,因为活性炭等吸附剂具有较高的性能价格比,可作为首选的吸附剂来考察研究。活性炭吸附性能初步试验研究表明,市售的常规活性炭吸附汽油蒸气,在20~40℃时的吸附率一般在0.23~0.30之间。试验结果还表明,在吸附的过程辅以冷却,将提高吸附率。
Oil evaporation loss problem is a very important research topic at home and abroad petroleum storage and transportation and environmental protection industry. Evaporation of oil and gas recovery technology as an effective measure to reduce consumption is the main direction of the current study. The feasibility of developing oil-gas adsorption recovery technology in China was discussed. The selection of adsorbents was introduced. Because the adsorbents such as activated carbon have high performance-price ratio, they can be used as the preferred adsorbents. The preliminary experimental study on the adsorption properties of activated carbon showed that the adsorption rate of gasoline on conventional activated carbon commercially available at 20-40 ℃ was generally between 0.23 and 0.30. The test results also show that the process of adsorption supplemented by cooling, will improve the adsorption rate.
