近年来,微针技术在医疗界和美容界都备受关注。相对于传统的经皮给药技术,微针经皮给药技术不但可以大幅度提高药效,而且可以实现无痛精确给药。以聚合物实心微针为研究对象,研究了微针刺入皮肤的力学行为,进行了微针在刺入皮肤时所受的横向力和轴向力的受力分析,并用典型的聚合物材料进行了微针强度的验证,结论是大多数聚合物都可以满足强度要求;并用微注塑的方法制备了圆锥台形微针,进行了应用效果的研究。
