介绍了江苏利港电力有限公司管理信息系统集控分系统的设计与实现方法，并着重讨论了集控分系统的数据库设计和应用程序的设计原理。目前，该分系统已投入实际运行，并产生了较好的经济效益。
This article introduces the design and implementation of the control information system of Liulihe Power Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu Province, and discusses the database design and the design principle of the application program. At present, the subsystem has been put into practical operation and has produced good economic benefits.
