目的 :研究九分喷雾剂透皮释放规律。方法 :用TLC扫描法及改良Franz扩散池作透皮吸收实验。结果 :九分喷雾剂的Q T方程分别为 :士的宁Q =2 2 0 .94 1t - 4 86 .0 0 6 ,马钱子碱Q =2 0 8.14 6t- 4 5 4 .6 2 9,麻黄碱Q =177.6 91t - 2 4 7.82 6 ;其释放率趋势为 :随着时间的延长 ,累积渗透量增加 ,释放速率则基本维持稳定 ,12h的总释药率约为 5 0 %。结论 :九分喷雾剂可能维持较稳定的血液浓度
Objective : To study the law of transdermal delivery of nine sprays. Methods: TLC scanning and modified Franz diffusion cells were used for transdermal absorption experiments.
