行管烧毁可能的原因有:电源电压偏高;行输出变压器内部短路;行偏转线圈绕组击穿;逆程电容开路或容量减小等。打开机壳,发现行管击穿,R512、R528、D501被烧坏。经检查,电源、行输出变压器、偏转线圈都正常。查逆程电容C464(680pF/2kV)、C440(0.01μF/1.6kV)也未发现虚焊、漏电等异常现象,换一同值的电容试机无效,再查S校正电容C442正常。将行管,R512、R528、D501换上好元件,再开机,行管、R512、R528等又烧毁,检修陷入困境。
