本文采用凝集素组织化学方法,观察了刀豆素标记神经元在大鼠中脑的分布。结果表明,中脑内与刀豆素结合的细胞主要位于红核腹外侧区、黑质致密部、动眼神经副交感核、中脑楔形核和中缝中央上核等富含单胺类递质及P物质样免疫反应胞体的区域。其中刀豆素与红核神经元的结合具有显著特点,可将其分为三类:第一类神经元,除胞核区不显色外,其余部位均被深染,细胞突起明显,为体积大小不一的多极神经元;第二类细胞几乎完全为刀豆素反应产物所覆盖,其染色较第一类神经元为深,未显色的胞核区隐约可见,细胞较小,呈圆形;第三类神经元胞浆均为淡染的刀豆素反应颗粒所填充,其周边的胞膜区亦为粗大、深染的反应颗粒所占据,胞核着色不明显,有短的突起,细胞较大。其余各核群神经元与刀豆素的结合也各具特点。本文结果表明,刀豆素标记细胞在中脑的定位具有明显的选择性,并且同一核团的细胞对刀豆素的亲和力也有不同。

The rest of the nuclear group of neurons and concanaval also have their own characteristics. Our results show that concanavalin labeled cells have obvious selectivity in the midbrain location, and the affinity of cells in the same nucleus for concanavalin is also different.
