旅行社是旅游业的最重要组成细胞之一,目前,各旅行社之间激烈竞争的核心是企业文化的竞争。本文从宏观的旅行社企业文化内涵入手,详细分析目前旅行社企业文化建设的现状,从物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化四方面构建出旅行社企业文化的框架,通过系统分析,对今后各地旅行社框架的合理设置提供参考。
