目的:介绍复方氯化铵甘草口服溶液的制备;建立制剂中麻醉成分鉴别和吗啡的含量测定方法。方法:选用薄层色谱法鉴定吗啡、磷酸可待因、盐酸罂粟碱;采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent ZORBAXSB-C8色谱柱,流动相:0.05mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-0.002 5mol.L-1庚烷磺酸钠溶液-乙腈(18∶18∶5),检测波长220nm,测定吗啡含量。结果:定性3种麻醉成分,并可有效分离。吗啡在0.522 5~30.135μg.mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9。结论:该方法结果准确可靠,重复性好,灵敏度高,实用性强。
Objective: To introduce the preparation of compound ammonium chloride and licorice oral solution; to establish the identification of anesthetic components and the determination method of morphine in the preparation. METHODS: Thin-layer chromatography was used to identify morphine, codeine phosphate and papaverine hydrochloride. HPLC was used on Agilent ZORBAXSB-C8 column. Mobile phase: 0.05 mol.L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution - 0.002 5mol.L-1 sodium heptane sulfonate solution - acetonitrile (18:18:5), detection wavelength 220 nm, determination of morphine content. Results: Qualitative 3 kinds of anesthetic ingredients can be effectively separated. Morphine showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.522 5-30.135 μg.mL-1, r=0.999 9. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, with good repeatability, high sensitivity and strong practicality.
