通过对大量合金X射线衍射谱的分析,并考虑到高、低角度边带位置与强度随时效时间逐渐变化的特点,采用峰分离技术求得两边带(卫星峰)的积分强度.进一步引入边带强度权重因子后,对 Cu-4Ti(质量分数,%)合金由 Daniel-Lipson公式计算的调幅波长与电镜衍射波纹图测量结果一致吻合,表明Daniel-Lipson公式可适用于调幅分解及其后的粗化过程
Based on the analysis of X - ray diffraction spectra of a large number of alloys and taking into account that the position and intensity of high and low angle sidebands vary with the aging time, the integrated intensity of the two sidebands (satellite peaks) is obtained by using the peak separation technique. After further introducing the weighting factor of the sideband, the amplitude modulation wavelength calculated by Daniel-Lipson formula of Cu-4Ti (mass fraction,%) alloy agrees well with that of the electron diffraction diffraction pattern. It shows that the Daniel-Lipson formula can be applied to amplitude modulation decomposition and The subsequent roughening process
