目的探讨刺五加叶与无梗五加叶的最佳采收期,比较二者金丝桃苷、紫丁香苷及微量元素含量的差异,从而区分两个相近种的差异,并讨论二者混用的弊端。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定金丝桃苷及紫丁香苷含量,采用原子吸收光谱法测定微量元素含量,采用SPSS16.0软件对测定结果进行统计分析。结果刺五加叶中紫丁香苷与金丝桃苷含量明显高于无梗五加叶,且在6月21日和7月6日达到最高值,分别为0.3111%与0.6868%。无梗五加叶中微量元素含量高于刺五加叶,其中,铁在6月5日达到最高值,锰、锌、铜在6月21日达到最高值。结论刺五加叶的最佳采收期为6月21日至7月6日,无梗五加叶的最佳采收期为6月5日至6月21日。二者活性成分含量存在显著差异,刺五加叶适于药用,而无梗五加叶适于食用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the optimal harvest time of Acanthopanax senticosus and Acacia plus five seasons, and to compare the differences of the content of hyperoside, syringin and trace elements among them, so as to distinguish the difference between two similar species Misuse of the mix. Methods The contents of hyperoside and syringin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The content of trace elements was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results were analyzed by SPSS16.0 software. Results The contents of syringin and hyperoside in leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus were significantly higher than those of Acanthopanax senticosus, and reached their highest values on June 21 and July 6, respectively, 0.3111% and 0.6868%. The content of trace elements in Sessica pentaphylla was higher than that of Acanthopanax senticosus, with the highest level of Fe on June 5 and the highest level of Mn, Zn and Cu on June 21. Conclusion The best harvesting time of Acanthopanax senticosus is from June 21 to July 6, and the best harvesting time of Acanthopanax senticosus is from June 5 to June 21. There was a significant difference in the content of active ingredients between the two, Acanthopanax senticosus suitable for medicinal purposes, and sessile five plus leaves suitable for consumption.
