本文分析了固定薪酬和浮动薪酬两种薪酬方式在激励作用上的不同表现,由此得出浮动薪酬的激励作用更为明显。通过对浮动薪酬收入效应和替代效应的分析,描绘出组织的激励支付曲线,得出组织实施激励的最优薪酬区间;最后指出在成本一定的情况下,应该根据员工的需求特点和对薪酬弹性的接受度,设置合理的浮动薪酬比例和绩效目标,建立有效的绩效传导机制,充分发挥个人和团队双重激励,最大限度调动员工的工作积极性,提高员工忠诚度,促进组织的和谐健康发展。
This paper analyzes the different motivations of the two compensation methods, fixed salary and floating salary, and draws the conclusion that the motivation of floating compensation is more obvious. Through the analysis of income effect and substitution effect of floating salary, the paper draws the incentive payment curve of the organization and draws the optimal salary range for the organization to implement the incentive. At last, it points out that under the condition of certain cost, it should be based on the employee’s demand characteristics and the flexibility of salary , Set reasonable floating remuneration ratio and performance target, establish effective performance transmission mechanism, give full play to individual and team double incentives, maximize employee motivation, increase staff loyalty and promote the harmonious and healthy development of the organization.
