目的研究螺旋藻多糖的抗衰老作用。方法MDA和SOD测定分别采用TBA法和亚硝酸盐法,脂褐质的测定采用荧光分光光度法。结果螺旋藻多糖能延长果蝇的平均寿命,提高低温(-5℃)环境下的存活率并能降低果蝇脂褐质含量。小鼠灌服250mg·kg-1螺旋藻多糖能降低老龄小白鼠肝、脑脂质过氧化物,提高老龄小白鼠血浆中SOD活性。结论螺旋藻多糖具有抗衰老作用
Objective To study the anti-aging effects of Spirulina polysaccharides. Methods MDA and SOD were determined by TBA method and nitrite method respectively. Lipofuscin was determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry. Results Spirulina polysaccharide could prolong the average lifespan of Drosophila, increase the survival rate under low temperature (-5°C) environment, and reduce the lipofuscin content of Drosophila. Mice fed 250 mg·kg-1 Spirulina polysaccharide could reduce the lipid peroxidation of liver and brain in old mice and increase the SOD activity in old mice. Conclusion Spirulina polysaccharide has anti-aging effect
