引言本文分4个部分来阐明齿轮润滑的原理。文章对齿轮摩擦学领域中的现代技术进行了回顾、以献给我们的齿轮设计者和齿轮用户。第1部分是将齿轮齿面的失效模式分成五种、并解释了为避免齿轮失效、设计者和用户应当考虑的几个问题。文章还给出了名词述语、符号定义和参考文献目录,为有兴趣的人进一步研究提供方便。第2部分是对与润滑有关的齿轮轮齿失效形式进行深入地讨论。文章还给出了防止轮齿失效的方法。第3部分给出了计算润滑剂膜厚的公式,可确定齿轮传动是否处于边界润滑、弹性流体动力润滑或全油膜润滑区域。文章还给出了计算布洛克闪温的公式,用来预计胶合危险。第4部分给出了选择润滑剂种类、粘度和使用方法的建议。最后用实例证明了齿轮润滑的诸多原因。
Introduction This paper is divided into four parts to illustrate the principle of gear lubrication. The article reviews modern techniques in the field of gear tribology to give our gear designers and gear users. Part 1 divides the failure modes of the gear teeth into five types and explains several issues that designers and users should consider in order to avoid gear failure. The article also gives the noun phrase, symbol definition and reference list, which provides convenience for further research. The second part discusses the gear-tooth failure modes associated with lubrication in depth. The article also gives a way to prevent gear tooth failure. Section 3 gives a formula for calculating the lubricant film thickness to determine if the gear drive is in boundary lubrication, elastohydrodynamic lubrication, or full oil film lubrication. The article also gives a formula for calculating Brock’s flash temperature, which is used to predict the risk of gluing. Section 4 gives a selection of lubricant types, viscosity and recommendations for use. Finally, with examples to prove the gear lubrication many reasons.
