采用内冷变质法和复合变质法(内冷变质和细化剂变质)对Al-30Si制动盘进行变质处理,在观察显微组织的基础上对其进行了摩擦磨损试验,研究了不同变质工艺以及不同制动速度、制动压力对其摩擦磨损的影响,并对摩擦磨损机理进行了探讨。结果表明,变质处理后的Al-30Si中初晶Si平均尺寸越小,耐磨性越好。复合变质处理的Al-30Si制动盘适合在3 000r/min的制动速度与0.5~1.0MPa的制动压力下使用。变质处理后的Al-30Si存在大量的细小硬质点,主要表现为磨粒磨损。
The Al-30Si brake disc was modified by the internal cooling metamorphism method and the compound metamorphism method (internal cooling metamorphism and refining agent metamorphism). The friction and wear tests of the Al-30Si brake disc were carried out on the basis of the observation of the microstructure. Technology and different braking speed, brake pressure on the friction and wear impact, and friction and wear mechanism were discussed. The results show that the smaller the average primary Si grain size in modified Al-30Si, the better the wear resistance. The Al-30Si brake disc with compound modification is suitable for braking speed of 3 000r / min and brake pressure of 0.5 ~ 1.0MPa. Al-30Si metamorphism after treatment there are a large number of small hard points, mainly as abrasive wear.
