在酸性条件下用失重法测量了甘氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸和亮氨酸对铝的缓蚀效率 ,用 AM1量子化学计算方法优化计算这 4种氨基酸分子的几何构型、前线轨道能级等 ,讨论了这 4种氨基酸在酸性介质中对铝的缓蚀机理。
The inhibition efficiency of glycine, alanine, valine and leucine on aluminum was measured by weight loss method under acidic conditions. The geometrical configurations of these four kinds of amino acids were optimized by AM1 quantum chemistry calculation. The frontier orbital energy Level, discussed the four kinds of amino acids in acidic medium inhibition mechanism of aluminum.
