目的研究一种六亚甲基四胺复方手消毒液的杀菌性能及其使用安全性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对该手消毒液进行实验室和现场消毒试验研究。结果以含六亚甲基四胺3 254 mg/L与苯扎溴铵1 636 mg/L的该复方手消毒液作用0.5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00;作用1 min,对悬液内白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值>4.00。该手消毒液5倍应用浓度小鼠急性经口LD50>5 000 mg/kg(体重),属实际无毒;多次皮肤刺激反应积分值为1.81,属轻刺激性;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性。结论该复方手消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌有较好的杀灭效果,属实际无毒级,对皮肤轻刺激性,无致突变作用。
Objective To study the bactericidal properties of hexamethylenetetramine complex hand disinfectant and its safety.
