高校学生党建工作是学生工作的重要组成部分,针对发展学生党员过程中存在的问题,借鉴哈佛大学心理学家加德纳“多元评价”理论,建议党务工作者要把握多元评价原则,掌握入党积极分子全面的信息,从而保证党员发展质量。此外,党员入党后的管理工作中,采用该原则,可以对党员模范性的发挥起到监督作用。
