作为新入职教师,当遇到学生对自己的负面评价时往往经历“愤怒—自我怀疑—自我反思”这一过程。为了拼业绩而无形中把压力强加给学生,导致学生压力过大而对老师的态度发生变化。解决之道是:可通过分析学生对教师评估从而不断提升自我教学水平。
As a newly recruited teacher, students often experience the process of “anger - self-doubt - self-reflection” when they encounter negative comments about themselves. In order to fight performance and virtually impose pressure on students, leading to excessive student stress and change the attitude of the teacher. The solution is: By analyzing students assessment of teachers in order to continuously improve self-teaching level.
