贾第虫和隐孢子虫(简称“两虫”)是两种严重危害水质安全的病原性原生动物。目前,针对水中“两虫”的检测与灭活方法的研究还处于起步阶段,仍需大量的实验研究。本文综述了“两虫”的特性及危害,重点阐述了以EPA 1623法、免疫学技术、体外细胞感染和反转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)为代表的检测方法,以氯气、二氧化氯、紫外、超声和紫外发光二极管为代表的灭活方法,同时对未来“两虫”的检测及灭活方法发展进行了展望。
Giardia and Cryptosporidium (“insects”) are two pathogenic protozoa that pose a serious threat to water quality. At present, the research on detection and inactivation of water in the “two insects” is still in its infancy, and a large amount of experimental research is still needed. In this paper, the characteristics and hazards of “two worms ” were reviewed. The detection methods represented by EPA 1623, immunological techniques, in vitro cell infection and reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) The methods of inactivation represented by chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ultraviolet, ultrasound and ultraviolet light-emitting diodes are also proposed. The future development of detection and inactivation of “two insects” is also discussed.
