据IDC的调查显示,目前,中国的中小企业数量已占到注册企业总数的99%,其工业总产值和利润分别占到全国总额的60%、40%,外贸出口总额占到60%。未来三年以内,亚太区的中小企业市场年增长率为16%,而中国的中小企业IT投资的增幅将达到20%。随着中国中小企业的不断发展和成熟,其管理需求已经提上日程。各国际IT巨头也由此纷纷向它们抛出“绣球”,以期瓜分这块油水丰厚的市场。然而,在盲目地上系统之前,我们更应该静下心来分析一下中小企业的特点——虽然规模小,管理流程却一个都没少。同时,由于企业预算低,利润少,对亏损与盈利的敏感程度远大于大企业,在选择信息化解决方案时,他们必须努力避免巨大的投资、臃肿的技术队伍和漫长的实施过程。而领导思想意识的相对落后和复杂的需求往往又令他们在众多的解决方案中无从选择。到底IT厂商高喊的“中小企业解决方案”离实际应用有多远?面对厂商的宣传与媒体的炒作,企业在规划之初应该注意些什么?我们应该正视这些问题。
According to the IDC survey, at present, the number of SMEs in China accounts for 99% of the total number of registered enterprises. Its gross industrial output value and profits account for 60% and 40% of the total value of the country and its total exports account for 60% of the total. At the same time, enterprises should make great efforts to avoid huge investment, bloated technical team and long implementation process because of their low budget, low profit and greater sensitivity to loss and profit than large enterprises. However, the relative backwardness and complicated needs of leading ideology often make them have no choice in numerous solutions. In the end IT companies shouted “SME solutions” far away from the practical application? Faced with the vendor’s propaganda and media hype, the enterprise should pay attention to what? At the beginning of the planning we should address these issues.
