目的了解新疆高等学校师范类维吾尔族、汉族大学生焦虑现状与影响因素,为新疆师范生的心理健康成长与教育引导提供依据。方法随机选取新疆3所师范类院校的1 000名维吾尔族和汉族大学生,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和青少年自评生活事件量表(ASLEC)进行调查。结果汉族与维吾尔族师范类在校大学生的焦虑检出率和焦虑状况总得分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);维吾尔族男生的焦虑总分显著高于女生(P<0.01);维吾尔族和汉族大学生发生频率在前10位的生活事件基本相同,焦虑状况与生活事件呈正相关。结论师范类大学生焦虑状况存在民族差异,且在一定程度上也受性别的影响;生活事件对维吾尔族和汉族在校大学生焦虑的发生有重要的影响。
Objective To understand the status quo and influential factors of anxiety among Uygur and Han nationality college students in normal universities in Xinjiang and to provide basis for the mental health development and education guidance of Xinjiang normal students. Methods A total of 1000 Uighur and Han students from 3 normal schools in Xinjiang were randomly selected and investigated by SAS and ASLEC. Results The total scores of anxiety and anxiety in college students from Han and Uyghur ethnic groups were significantly different (P <0.01), while the total score of anxiety of Uyghur boys was significantly higher than that of girls (P <0.01) The life events of Uighur and Han college students in the top ten are basically the same, and the anxiety and life events are positively correlated. Conclusion There are ethnic differences in the anxiety status of normal college students, and to a certain extent, they are also affected by gender. Life events have an important influence on the anxiety of Uygur and Han college students.
