文化品牌是文化产业品牌化的结果,依托着地域文化,是地域文化的精华,并具有唯一垄断性。地域文化品牌建设就是要在研究地域文化特征的基础上,经过挖掘、提炼、开发(宣传、包装)等过程去粗取精,使特定的地域文化形成一定的影响力。地域文化品牌建设的过程是提升地域文化品位、提高地域文化知名度的过程,也是推动城市文化发展的过程。
