西安市工业交通干部学校(以下简称“干校”)自成立以来给西安市范围内进行工业企业的人才干部培训宣传党的思想路线、方针政策、技能培训、学术交流等方面发挥了不可替代的作用,但近几年,干校培训工作却是举步维艰,陷入了发展困境。本文通过研究分析,提出一些关于干校培训工作如何适应新形势的对策。 Since its establishment, Xi’an Industrial Transportation Cadre School (hereinafter referred to as “cadre school”) has played an irreplaceable role in training cadres of industrial enterprises within the scope of Xi’an to propagandize the party’s ideological line, principles and policies, skills training and academic exchanges However, in recent years, the work of training cadres in schools has been struggling and plunged into a dilemma of development. Through research and analysis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures on how to train the cadre training in the new situation.
