结球甘蓝是我省早春主要栽培的蔬菜之一。常规栽培方式为冬季保护地育苗，早春露地或保护地定植，一般不能露地越冬（露地越冬后易先期抽薹）。我校蔬菜教研组自１９９８年以来，开展了露地越冬甘蓝的栽培生产试验，筛选出了适合我省露地越冬的甘蓝品种，降低了结球甘蓝的生产
Cabbage is one of the main cultivated vegetables in early spring in our province. Conventional cultivation methods for the winter seedling conservation, open field or protected areas in early spring planting, the general can not be exposed to the winter (early winter after the opening of easy bolting). Since 1998, the vegetable teaching and research group of our school has carried out cultivation and production experiments of wild winter cabbage in open field and screened out cabbage varieties suitable for wintering in our province to reduce the production of cabbage
