监狱民警职业风险的原因探析

监狱人民警察是一个高对抗性、高风险性的职业。产生监狱人民警察职业风险的原因是多方面的,既有监督不力、不良社会环境和风气影响等外部原因,也有管理体制不科学、法律法规体系不完善等内部原因,既有工作性质对象变化等客观原因,也有自身素质修养较差、法律意识不强、责任心缺失、自我防范能力差、特权观念重等主观原因。必须采取加强监狱民警教育培训等有效对策和措施,构筑起防范和化解职业风险的科学体系,大力提高监狱民警对职业风险的防范意识和能力,有效防范和化解其职业风险。 Prison People’s Police is a highly confrontational, high-risk profession. There are many reasons that lead to the occupational risk of prison people’s police. They include not only the external reasons such as poor supervision, bad social environment and the influence of the atmosphere, but also the unscientific management system and the imperfect laws and regulations system. Objective reasons, but also have their own poor quality of self-cultivation, legal awareness is not strong, lack of responsibility, self-defense ability is poor, the concept of privilege and other subjective reasons. We must take effective measures and measures such as strengthening the education and training of prison police to establish a scientific system to guard against and resolve occupational risks, vigorously raise the guard awareness and ability of prison police on occupational risks and effectively prevent and resolve their occupational risks.
