目的研究鸭脚木Schefflera octophylla的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和半制备HPLC等柱色谱分离手段进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从鸭脚木中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为2α,3β,23α-三羟基乌索-12-烯-28-酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯(1)、3α-羟基乌索-12-烯-23,28-二酸-28-O-α-L-鼠李糖(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯(2)、积雪草苷(3)、葵醇(4)、十八烷醇(5)、二十四烷酸(6)、二十八烷酸(7)、十六烷酸(8)、异香草醛(9)、香草醛(10)、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮(11)。结论化合物1为首次从鹅掌柴属植物中分离得到,4~11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Schefflera octophylla. Methods Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC were separated and purified by column chromatography. Their structures were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 2α, 3β, 23α-trihydroxysuccin-12-en-28-o-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1) 3α-hydroxysuccin-12-ene-23,28-dioate-28-O-α-L-rhamnose (1 → 4) -β-D-glucopyranose (2), asiaticoside (3), sunflower alcohol (4), stearyl alcohol (5), lignoceric acid (6), octacosanoic acid (8), isovanillin (9), vanillin (10) and 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone (11). Conclusions Compound 1 was isolated from the genus Compositae for the first time, and 4 ~ 11 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
