两类青光眼眼前节结构在超声生物显微镜下的表现

目的 :比较超声生物显微镜 (ultrasound biomicroscopy,UBM)检查下慢性闭角型青光眼与原发性开角型青光眼眼前节各项指标的差异 ,探讨 UBM在鉴别此两种类型青光眼的作用。方法 :应用 UBM测量已确诊的慢性闭角型青光眼 13例 2 5眼 ,原发性开角型青光眼 11例 2 2眼的眼前节各参数 ,进行统计学分析。结果 :慢性闭角型青光眼在前房深度 ,房角开放距离 ,巩膜睫状体夹角 ,小梁睫状体距离 ,小梁虹膜夹角上均明显小于原发性开角型青光眼。结论 :原发性开角型青光眼与慢性闭角型青光眼眼前节结构有明显差异 ,UBM是鉴别上述两种类型青光眼的有用方法。 OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences of various indexes in the anterior segment of chronic angle-closure glaucoma and primary open angle glaucoma examined by ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) and to explore the role of UBM in differentiating these two types of glaucoma. Methods: Twenty-five eyes of 13 patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma and 11 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma were enrolled in this study. UBM was used for statistical analysis. Results: Chronic angle-closure glaucoma was significantly smaller than that of primary open-angle glaucoma in the depth of anterior chamber, the angle of open angle, the angle of scleral ciliary body, the distance of trabecular ciliary body and the angle of trabecular iris. Conclusion: The structures of anterior segment of primary open-angle glaucoma and chronic angle-closure glaucoma are obviously different. UBM is a useful method to distinguish the above two types of glaucoma.
