测定马甲子果水提物中的多糖、蛋白质、总黄酮和灰分含量以及清除DPPH·自由基的能力。将马甲子果水提液经适当浓缩,喷雾干燥得马甲子果水提物,用分光光度法测定提取物中的多糖、蛋白质和总黄酮的含量而用重量分析法测定灰分的含量;同时测定提取物对DPPH·自由基的清除能力,并与维生素C作对比。结果表明马甲子果水提物中多糖、蛋白质、总黄酮和灰分的含量分别为22.68%~26.37%、3.36%~4.60%、5.41%~8.17%和18.92%~21.71%,且在一定浓度范围内对DPPH·自由基的清除能力有明显的量效关系。马甲子果水提物含有丰富的多糖、蛋白质、黄酮和矿物质,可为马甲子果的进一步研究提供参考。
The polysaccharide, protein, total flavonoids, ash content and DPPH · free radical scavenging capacity in the aqueous extract of pod fruits were determined. After the aqueous extract of Chinese nutgall extract was properly concentrated, the aqueous extract of Chinese nutgall was spray-dried to determine the content of polysaccharide, protein and total flavone in the extract by spectrophotometry and the content of ash by gravimetric analysis. Simultaneous determination Extractable DPPH · free radical scavenging capacity, and with vitamin C for comparison. The results showed that the content of polysaccharide, protein, total flavonoids and ash in the aqueous extract of Fructus Mume was 22.68% -2.37%, 3.36% -4.60%, 5.41% ~ 8.17% and 18.92% ~ 21.71%, respectively. Within the DPPH · free radical scavenging capacity has obvious dose-effect relationship. Vetiver fruit water extract is rich in polysaccharides, proteins, flavonoids and minerals, which can provide reference for the further study of vetiver fruit.
