企业文化就是社会文化的细胞。一个地区、一个国家文化进步的程度,更多地要靠企业交流显现出来。在企业文化建设上,一些北方省份的企业比起沿海先期开放地区、比起国外知名企业的差距少则十年,多则二三十年以上。差距主要表现在三个方面: 1.共性化。企业文化建设的起点仍停留在政治口号上,团结、拼搏、奉献、争创一流等使用频率高,出现雷同,跟不上时代变化。 2.表面化。有的企业认为搞厂区绿化、室内装饰就是体现企业文化,是先进与富裕的象征。应该说这些年我们一些企业的环境建设与发达国家缩小了差距,但对全面管理和全员素质的提高等深层次的文化建设还远远不够。
Corporate culture is the cell of social culture. The degree of cultural progress in a region or a country depends more on corporate communications. In the construction of corporate culture, the enterprises in some northern provinces have a gap of less than ten years from the earlier open coastal areas and more than twenty years or more from well-known foreign companies. The gap is mainly manifested in three aspects: 1. Commonality. The starting point of corporate culture construction still stays in the political slogans. Unity, hard work, dedication, striving for first-class and other high frequency of use, appear identical, can not keep up with changes in the times. 2. Superficial. Some companies think that engaging in plant greening and interior decoration is a manifestation of corporate culture and is a symbol of advancement and prosperity. It should be said that the environmental construction of some of our companies has narrowed the gap between developed countries and developed countries over the past few years. However, far-reaching cultural construction such as overall management and the improvement of the quality of the entire staff is still far from enough.
