WTO.汽车与IT WTO,汽车与IT,在这三者中单拿出任何一个都是这两年最为热门的话题,而这三者结合体的影响程度自然不言而喻。于是,上海通用、广州本田、一汽大众、依维柯、江淮汽车、沈阳三菱都在这样一个特殊的阶段成为了我们的采访对象。几乎所有这些企业的累计IT投入都超过数亿元,而近两年尤为突出。巧合的是,在通过数年的经验积累或直接从国外引进,这些企业的生产系统及管理信息系统都已相当成熟和稳定,而且近期的主要精力都放在了经销商的管理及客户关系管理上,即SCM和CRM。看来,随着竞争态势的加剧,这些汽车巨头们已经越来越在乎市场的反应了。然而,虽然这些企业的制造水平相当高,但不得不面时一个没有一家IT厂商能够为其生产系统提供标准化软件产品的尴尬现实,上海通用的Flex核心生产系统仍然是10年前由EDS开发的、一汽大众与上汽大众的Fasi核心生产系统也是用的德国Gedas开发的、广本的EDP生产系统则是由日本本田投资的IT公司开发的……所有这些都为这些企业带来了一定的麻烦:维护成本高、开发语言陈旧、升级不便、系统需要的硬件配置高以及与其他系统接口开发难等诸多问题。虽然SAP全球研发中心正在针对此进行汽车行业最佳业务实践的开发和测试,而且目前也能够支持年产30~45万辆的产能,但在没有实实在在的应用前,任何企业都不会拿自己的生产开玩笑的。面对中国市场巨大的汽车需求潜能、面对WTO保护期之后外国汽车企业的大规模涌入。IT建设无疑在汽车企业中肩负了更重的使命。
