OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of both lower extremity flexion and compression cardiopulmonary resuscitation and standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods: From February 2014 to February 2015, 54 patients undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, and 27 patients in each group were compared. The recovery of spontaneous circulation Rate, discharge survival rate and blood pressure during resuscitation, blood gas analysis, recovery duration and so on. Results: The blood pressure and oxygen saturation of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. The duration of resuscitation was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). The recovery rate of spontaneous circulation in the observation group was 59.26%, which was significantly better than that in the control group (40.74%, P <0.05). The discharge rate in the observation group was 48.15%, which was significantly better than that in the control group (29.63% , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Compared with common cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiopulmonary resuscitation with double lower extremities can effectively recover the spontaneous circulation of patients and improve the survival rate of discharged patients.
