目的探讨Rtx-Wax毛细管气相色谱法同时检测工作场所空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、三氯乙烯和正己烷9种有毒物质的方法。方法活性炭管吸附采样空气中上述9种物质,用二硫化碳解吸后,解吸液经Rtx-Wax毛细管色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积外标法定量。结果上述9种物质在Rtx-Wax毛细管柱上分离良好,工作曲线的线性相关系数r均在0.999以上,相对标准偏差为1.15%~5.48%,样品加标回收率为90.1%~105.8%。结论该方法能够有效分离和准确测定空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、三氯乙烯和正己烷,可用于工作场所空气中该9种物质的同时测定。
Objective To investigate a method for simultaneous determination of nine toxicants in the air of benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, butanone, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, trichlorethylene and n-hexane in the air by Rtx-Wax capillary gas chromatography. Methods The above 9 substances were adsorbed by activated charcoal tube in air and desorbed with carbon disulfide. The desorption solution was separated by Rtx-Wax capillary column and detected by FID detector. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was determined by external standard method. Results The above nine substances were separated well on a Rtx-Wax capillary column. The linear correlation coefficients r of the working curves were all above 0.999 with relative standard deviations of 1.15% -5.48%. The spiked recoveries were 90.1% -105.8%. Conclusion The method can effectively separate and accurately determine benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, butanone, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, trichlorethylene and n-hexane in the air, and can be used in the workplace at the same time the nine substances Determination.
