大白菜为“蔬菜之王”,营养丰富,品质鲜嫩,深为城乡人民喜爱。在栽培上要选用良种,适时播种,重施基肥,精耕细作,及时防治病虫,才能获得较好收成。近年来各科研和生产单位研制出许多杂一代良种,原有地方品种资源亦极丰富,各具特色。为了筛选适合我场栽培的优质高产、抗逆性强的最佳品种,1984年曾对选栽的6个大白菜品种进行产量调查,亩产为3,651.2—5,255.1公斤。从中筛选出两个优质高产的品种:山东四号和78—3。1985年遂以此两品种为主栽品种,大面积平均亩产净菜达6,653.6公斤的好收成。现将栽培管理情况小结如下: 共栽9个品种,其中杂一代品种6个。即78—3、青杂三号、青杂四号、青杂五号、青杂中
Chinese cabbage is “king of vegetables”, rich in nutrition and fresh in quality, deeply loved by urban and rural people. In the cultivation of seed selection, timely sowing, re-base fertilizer, intensive work, timely control pests in order to get better harvest.
