我院自1983年4月～1987年12月对20例病态窦房结综合征(简称病窦综合征)的病人,安置了VVI型埋藏式起搏器。一般资料本组20例中,男8例,女12例,年龄33～62(53.23±11.57)岁。临床诊断冠心病10例,心肌炎5例,原因不明5例。心律失常类型有窦性心动过缓2例、交界性逸搏心律7例、Ⅱ度Ⅱ型窦房阻滞3例、慢-快综合征8例。安置上海AXB一3型起搏器15例、天津产806-Ⅱ型2例、美国SuprimaⅡ型程控起搏器2例、Edward28型起搏器1例。
Our hospital from April 1983 to December 1987 20 cases of sick sinus syndrome (referred to as sick sinus syndrome) patients, the placement of the VVI-type buried pacemaker. General Information The group of 20 patients, 8 males and 12 females, aged 33 to 62 (53.23 ± 11.57) years of age. Clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease in 10 cases, myocarditis in 5 cases, unknown cause in 5 cases. Type of arrhythmia sinus bradycardia in 2 cases, junction escaping in 7 cases of heart rate, Ⅱ degree Ⅱ type sinoatrial block in 3 cases, 8 cases of slow-fast syndrome. There were 15 cases of Shanghai AXB-3 pacemaker, 2 cases of Tianjin 806-Ⅱ type, 2 cases of US Suprima Ⅱ programmable pacemaker and 1 case of Edward28 pacemaker.
