通过问卷调查法对大学生在体育课堂上对体育课投入和运动持续意识进行了分层整群抽样调查研究。并在此基础上采用因子分析、信度、效度、多元回归分析。结果显示:大学生体育课投入对运动持续意识的影响成正相关,特别是大学生体育课投入中投入目的和投入融合2个维度对大学生运动持续意识有着显著影响。因此,在高校体育课程教学中,要注重提高大学生体育课的投入,要提高体育教师的授课满意度,加强体育教师的授课指导能力,改善体育教学的授课环境。
Through questionnaire survey, the college students conducted a stratified cluster sampling survey on the input of physical education class and the continuous awareness of sports activities in the physical education class. And based on this factor analysis, reliability, validity, multiple regression analysis. The results show that college students’ PE input is positively related to the impact of continuous awareness of sports. Especially, the two dimensions of input and input into the PE teaching of college students have a significant impact on the continuing awareness of college students. Therefore, in the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities, attention should be paid to improve the input of physical education for college students, to improve the teaching satisfaction of physical education teachers, to strengthen the teaching guidance ability of physical education teachers and to improve the teaching environment of physical education.
