A brief account of the pressure rise in the liquid helium system at the air leakage rate of 1.15 kg / sec and the safety valves required for the safety film and reservoir for the lower extraction plate method. The calculation method and result of wall temperature increase when the liquid helium container withstands 7 × 10-3 Joules / (millisecond · cm 2) heat / flux are also introduced.
