互联网的发展使网络广告迅速崛起为新的广告媒介,同时也带来了诸多侵犯消费者权益的问题。我国对网络广告的立法相对滞后,如何对网络广告进行有效监管和规制、保护网络消费者的合法权益成为亟待解决的问题。
The development of the Internet has rapidly brought online advertising to the new advertising medium and brought many problems that infringe the rights and interests of consumers. Our legislation on Internet advertising is relatively lagging behind. How to supervise and regulate Internet advertising effectively and protect the legitimate rights and interests of Internet consumers has become an urgent issue.
