多年的班主任经历使我认识到,班主任的专业成长不仅需要反思,更需要以一种“蹲下去”的姿态用心聆听。很多时候学生就是我们最好的老师,学生的心声和建议往往充盈着教育智慧,堪为“活”的教育学。在学期即将结束时,我对高一年级多个班级进行了以“假如我当班主任”为主题的民意调查,摘录了其中具有代表性的十六条并做了简约的点评,在此与广大班主任教师一起分享。
Years of class teacher experience made me realize that the teacher’s professional growth not only requires reflection, but also need a “squatting down ” gesture attentive listening. In many cases, students are our best teachers. Students’ voices and suggestions are often filled with educational wisdom and can be called “living” pedagogy. Towards the end of the semester, I conducted a poll on the theme of “If My Duty Officer ” for multiple classes in the first grade and extracted 16 representative ones and made brief comments on this Share with the class teacher.
