目的 :观察A型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法 :采用小剂量A型肉毒杆菌毒素局部多点注射治疗 36例面肌痉挛患者。结果 :36例面肌痉挛患者完全缓解 32例 ,占 88.89% ;明显缓解 3例 ,占 8.33% ;部分缓解 1例 ,占 2 .78%。药效作用时间 9周～ 32周 ,平均 1 4 .2周。无全身反应 ,局部并发症轻微、短暂 ,可重复注射。结论 :局部注射A型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗面肌痉挛为一种安全、有效、简便易行的方法
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of hemifacial spasm. Methods: A small dose of botulinum toxin type A local injection of 36 cases of hemifacial spasm patients. Results: 36 cases of hemifacial spasm were completely relieved in 32 cases, accounting for 88.89%; 3 cases were significantly relieved, accounting for 8.33%; 1 case partially relieved, accounting for 2.78%. Pharmacodynamic effect of time from 9 weeks to 32 weeks, an average of 14.2 weeks. No systemic reactions, local complications minor, transient, repeatable injection. Conclusion: Local injection of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of hemifacial spasm is a safe, effective and simple method
