针对某种特殊结构的卫星的在轨服务任务下提出的技术要求,介绍了一种基于凸轮曲线机构及连杆机构的对接装置,可以实现对目标星对接环的特殊对接技术要求,且装置结构成熟、锁紧力大、运动平稳。以对接装置的凸轮曲线从动件的数学模型和三维实体模型为基础,通过Matlab和ADAMS软件分别进行运动规律的求解和仿真,将得到的对接装置的理论及仿真运动数据进行对比,验证了该对接装置能完成既定的设计目标。
