以实际工程为背景,建立4层冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅有限元模型,参照抗震设计规范要求对模型进行双向动力时程分析,研究该住宅体系的抗震性能,为编制《冷弯薄壁型钢多层住宅技术规程》提供可靠依据。对相邻抗侧力墙体之间的距离进行变参数分析,研究在多遇地震作用下4层冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅各层墙体分配层间剪力的比例关系,分析刚性楼盖假设在多层冷弯薄壁型钢住宅中的适用性。研究表明:在8度多遇地震作用下,多层住宅体系中抗侧力墙体的间距不宜大于15m。
Taking the actual project as the background, a finite element model of four-story cold-formed thin-walled steel structure residential building is established.
