研究了5-Br-PADAP与钴、镍反应的导数行为,利用一阶导数消除钴、镍间的相互干扰,取得了满意的结果。对钴测定的线性范围为0~5.89μg/10mL,检出限为1.43×10-8g/mL;对镍测定的线性范围为0~5.87μg/10mL,检出限为9.68×10-9g/mL,用所建立的方法对化学试剂中的钴和镍的含量进行了同时测定,结果令人满意
The derivative behavior of 5-Br-PADAP with cobalt and nickel was studied. The first derivative was used to eliminate the mutual interference between cobalt and nickel, and satisfactory results were obtained. The linear range for the determination of cobalt was 0 ~ 5.89μg / 10mL with the detection limit of 1.43 × 10-8g / mL.
