目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)病人术前、术后血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)表达的变化及意义。方法 130例冠心病病人,行支架置入术85例(PCI组),单纯冠状动脉造影45例(CAG组)。CAG组于术前1d、术后1d,PCI组分别于术前1d及术后1、7、28d,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测血清MMP-2水平的变化。结果 PCI组病人术前1d及术后1、7、28d血清MMP-2水平持续增高,不同时间比较差异有显著性(F=26.16,q=10.45~14.80,P<0.01)。CAG组病人术前1d、术后1d血清MMP-2水平比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论支架置入术后MMP-2表达持续升高,而降低MMP-2水平可预防再狭窄。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) expression before and after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 130 patients with coronary heart disease were treated with stent implantation in 85 patients (PCI group) and 45 patients undergoing coronary angiography (CAG group). The level of serum MMP-2 in CAG group was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) at 1 day before operation and 1 day after operation, and 1 d before operation and 1,7 and 28 days after operation respectively. Results The serum level of MMP-2 in PCI group was significantly higher at 1 day before operation and at 1, 7 and 28 days after operation (F = 26.16, q = 10.45-14.80, P <0.01). The level of serum MMP-2 in CAG group was not significantly different at 1 day before operation and 1 day after operation (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 in stenting increased continuously, while the reduction of MMP-2 level could prevent the restenosis.
