国内外大多数学者认为,腐植酸是一种具有多功能的有机复合体,对植物的刺激作用是其中某些酚羟基和醌基结构引起的。其能促进植物体内酶的活性,进而增进植物的生长与繁殖。国外资料报导,腐植酸通过影响酶(醛缩酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶和淀粉酶)而改变糖类代谢,促进还原糖的积累。为了探索腐植酸对苹果果实品质的影响,我们于1985年至1986年进行了两年的试验,取得了比较满意的效果
Most domestic and foreign scholars believe that humic acid is a multi-functional organic complex, the stimulating effect on plants is caused by some of the phenolic hydroxyl and quinone groups. It can promote plant enzyme activity, and thus promote plant growth and reproduction. Foreign data reported that humic acid by changing the enzyme (aldolase, sucrase, phosphatase and amylase) and change the carbohydrate metabolism, promote the accumulation of reducing sugar. In order to explore the impact of humic acid on apple fruit quality, we conducted a two-year trial from 1985 to 1986 and achieved satisfactory results
